• Kannur Dormitory provides accommodation services based on room/capsule availability and booking confirmation.
• By using our website or services, you accept all policies, including Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and House Rules.
• We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
• Blankets and other bath items (like towels, toiletries, etc.) are available upon request and may include additional charges.

2. Booking & Reservation

• Bookings can be made online, by phone, or through third-party platforms.
• A valid phone number is required for confirmation.
• Bookings are subject to availability.
• Walk-in bookings are accepted based on current room availability.
• Prices may vary during peak seasons or special events.

3. Check-In & Check-Out Policy

• Valid Government ID proof is mandatory for all guests.
• Check-in and check-out times may vary depending on the booking duration (hourly or daily).
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may include additional charges.

4. Guest Conduct

Guests agree to:

• Maintain cleanliness and avoid causing damage to property.
• Respect other guests and staff members.
• Avoid illegal activities within the premises.
• Follow dormitory rules displayed at reception or communicated by staff.
• No smoking, alcohol, or drugs inside the dormitory unless designated areas are provided.

Kannur Dormitory reserves the right to evict guests without refund for violating rules.

5. Payments & Charges

• Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking or check-in.
• Any damages caused to property will be charged to the guest.
• Extra guests beyond the booking limit are strictly not allowed.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations must follow our official Refund/Cancellation Policy.
• Guests may cancel their booking at any time; however, no refund will be provided for cancellations.
• Cancellations due to personal reasons, travel plan changes, or any other circumstances are not eligible for refunds.
• Same-day and last-minute cancellations also fall under the no-refund rule.
• No refunds for bookings made by mistake or wrong date selection.
• No-show bookings may not be eligible for refunds.
• Guests who decide to check out early will not receive any refund for unused hours or days.

7. Personal Belongings & Liability

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
• Lockers may be provided; guests must secure their items.
• Kannur Dormitory is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
• Items left behind will be held for a limited period; unclaimed items may be disposed of.

8. Use of Website

You agree not to:

• Misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access.
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission.
• Use the website for fraudulent or illegal activities.

9. Room Allocation

• Kannur Dormitory reserves the right to assign or change rooms based on operational requirements.
• Specific bed or capsule preferences are subject to availability.

• Kannur Dormitory is not liable for delays, interruptions, or issues caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as maintenance, natural disasters, or technical problems.

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of courts in Kannur, Kerala.
